الذقن هي زينة الرجال وايضا معظم فتيات هذه الايام يحبون الشاب الملتحي … ولكن هذا لا يعني بأن اللحية محور الكون
يوجد الكثير من الزيوت والدهانات التي تساعد على النمو وليس الانبات لأن معظم الناس التي لم تنبت لها اللحية يكون الموضوع وراثيا …..
اما النوع الاخر فيكون بسبب نقص بعض العناصر التي يحتاجها الجسم والشعر او الارهاق والجهد وعدم النوم الكافي ….
يمكن علاج نمو اللحية عدة امور
مثل النوم الكافي لعب الرياضة اخذ ما يكفي من الفيتامينات والعناصر المهمة التي قد يكون الشخص بحاجة لها
